This is Spark by Sally Hansen. For some reason, I always take pictures before I clean up my cuticles. I'm not sure why, but I do.

I like this color, but it's so hard to capture it. It's more purple in real life and there are flashes of gold also. It's completely opaque in two coats, too.

And I just HAD to post this because I'm in love with it.

I did this sometime last week, and of course, it's a mess. I promise you I cleaned it up and fixed the dot I messed up before I left the house. I got so many compliments on it and it was actually pretty easy to do!

Stopping by from SITS. I love the layout of this blog! Saw your running post, I hope your leg is feeling better. It is amazing how much harder outdoor running is isn't it? I dread Springtime in Michigan because I run outside again after being on a T-Mill all winter :) Also, a side note on the water...I wear a heart monitor when I run and can tell you that when I have NOT had enough water my heart rate is MUCH higher than when I do so drink away! Have a good week!

Hiya from SITS!

Oh I love to do my nails, though a recent stint with soft gel manicures left my nail bed a little soft and damaged (sigh...)

LURVE the polka dots!

Oh I remember that! I forgot who taught me that, to make designs on your fingernails. Must have been my sister.

Wishing you a terrific week from a fellow SITSsta. :D

Thanks so much everyone!

Sarah, thanks for the tip about the water! I've always had a fast heart rate to begin with, so that's definitely something I need to keep in mind for the summer. I try to run in the mornings too, since it's usually still cloudy and cool.

The Blonde Duck, They're actually SO easy to do! I use a tool I got at Michael's to do the dots. I think it's usually used for embossing and card making. It's wooden and has round tips. I have a set of three and they're PERFECT for the dots!
